Such matters as equitable wages should not need to be discussed in this time, but it is exactly that sort of disbelief that propagates all these sorts of inequalities, and furthers other forms of discrimination and cruelty.

This underscores how important it is to mention the obvious and never walk away from asserting right. That way, it can be the sort of time where such things need no longer be an issue.
